*Floating oil in ETP tanks, Cooling tower basins, lagoons not only reduce the operational efficiency but also pose a severe threat to the plant environment that include oil spills in the plant area and sometimes fire hazards. Suspended sludge along with the floating oil tend to CDU / reprocessing of slop oil and hamper efficiency of plant in various stages. Removal of floating oil along with suspended sludge and recovery of oil is a challenging situation faced by plant operators.
Sureflo builds and operates “FORS” mobile treatment systems for removal of floating oil along with suspended sludge to recover oil, followed by separation of solid sludge from oil hence providing a solid less oil outlet and a dry cake in the other outlet. The recovered oil is then pumped to client slop oil tank.
Sureflo FORS is capable of handling various types of floating oil and our units have capacity ranging from 50 m3 oil recovery per shift to 150 m3 oil recovery per shift and higher.
